22nd & Wednesday 23rd April
All
subscriptions to be paid, relevant forms to be filled in and new
kit to be collected. Anyone who can't attend can they please contact
me on 01706-213657 or 07779630922 so we can arrange another time
to suit. Attendance on either of these 2 nights would be appreciated
as once the season starts, all the coaches time needs to be put
into the coaching and running of the teams, and not chasing people
for their subscription fees. All fees must be in before the 1st
May 2008 or players will not be considered for selection for their
respective teams unless prior agreements are made.
On Saturday 22nd March 36 Junior
Members of Rawtenstall C.C. gave up time
from their Easter Hols to help
with their first fundraiser towards the new clubhouse.
With permission of ASDA they
let us do a "bag pack" at the store.The event was a
resounding success and raised
£518 : 40p !!. So a BIG thank you to all the lads that
helped,the parents that stayed
and helped the younger ones,Brian Clough of Asda for
letting us do it ,Margaret Lewis,
for her idea and the generosity of the Rawtenstall public
in helping us raise this amount
towards the new clubhouse.
